With your ticket, you can bring one carry-on bag and a suitcase that doesn’t weigh more than 15 kilograms. If you exceed this limit, you’ll need to pay the extra baggage fees, which are based on the carrier’s shipping service rates. In that case, it’s essential to arrive at least an hour before your trip departs at the terminal agency where the transport will leave, and they will let you know how much you need to pay.

Lost luggage
If you find that your luggage is missing at the end of your trip, you should go to the company’s agency located at the nearest bus terminal to report what happened. Any claims related to your belongings or transported luggage must be made before leaving the terminal and definitely within 24 hours after the trip concludes; you’ll need to fill out the missing luggage form and provide your luggage ticket or claim tag, along with the original ticket from your trip. You’ll also need to file and present a police report with the documents mentioned earlier.

After submitting your claim, you should contact Customer Service via WhatsApp at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to follow up and, if possible, retrieve your luggage.
